Connecting Japanese Language Teachers through Networking and Professional Learning

The purpose of our project is to develop regional communities for Japanese language teachers which will lead to a UK-wide revitalisation of Japanese language education and the promotion of BATJ (The British Association for Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language).
このプロジェクトの目的は日本語教師のための地域コミュニティを発展させ、英国全体の日本語教育の活性化を図り、英国全体をカバーしているBATJ（英国日本語教育学会）の活動推進につなげることです。

Our networking project, now in its third year, has once again been awarded funding from The Japan Foundation, London, via BATJ (the British Association for Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language) for the 2025/26 academic year, enabling us to continue our activities. Drawing on the feedback and suggestions provided by participants in last year’s activities, we aim to further enhance and develop the project in the coming year.
３年目を迎えた私たちのネットワーキング・プロジェクトは、2025/26年度もBATJ（英国日本語教育学会）を通して日本国際交流基金の助成金を得ることができ、活動を継続しています。昨年度、活動に参加された方々からのコメントやご提案を参考にしながら、活動のさらなる充実を図っていきたいと考えています。
